Treat the Idea Maze Operating System like a choose your own adventure game. Jump around and always focus on whatever sparks your interest at a given moment. There's a lot of stuff to digest, so don't try to absorb it all at once.
Instead, revisit the OS regularly, whenever you feel like you need some guidance. Some users find it useful to place a reminder on your calendar or task manager to return to the OS, perhaps a week or a month after your last time using it.
